Technical Support Specialist

We have an immediate opening for an energetic fast-learner to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist in our Application Engineering Department. Smartrise Engineering is a premier US manufacturer of elevator controllers. We are growing exponentially and are looking for highly-motivated professionals to join our team.

Positions are immediately available. Candidates not meeting the minimum requirements listed below will not be considered.

A portion of this position will possibly be related to training our customers on our products.

JOB DUTIES: The duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide engineering support for elevator control systems.
  • Troubleshooting electrical/mechanical systems.
  • Document technical issues.
  • Rotating on-call schedule with other team members.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers and consultants.

SKILLS AND EDUCATION:

  • Knowledge of analog and digital circuitry
  • Ability to read wiring schematics
  • Strong electrical aptitude
  • Demonstration of excellent customer service
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
