Smartrise’s C4 Machine Room Monitoring lets you check the health of all cars in a group, showing mechanics real-time data for each car, including which floor, the direction of the car, car speed, and if a fault has occurred. Smartrise MRM also allows you to adjust any parameters, activate and deactivate Car Call/Hall Call Security, and place car and hall calls. Mechanics and Engineers will be able to store and backup all this information while also updating software on the fly.
